Nutcrackers in the Nagykunság

Today Ákos and Me went checking some fishponds near Kunhegyes. The plan was a real geesewatching ,but we saw about 800 geese, mainly Greylag geese... There was a good flooded lake in Telekhalma: there were a flock of gulls, ducks and Spotted Redshanks. An immature Lesser Black-backed gull was found by Ákos. There were several Snipes, Caspian and Yellow-legged Gulls.
Near Sóskút we went along the Nagykunság channel. And suddenly... I noticed a nutcracker! And Ákos found another one..and we saw another 3! It was an amazing experience!
